Erika Gary, Interim Chief Executive Officer , received a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from California Lutheran University. Ms. Gary joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Anaheim-Cypress in 2011 in her first position of a direct-service Youth Instructor. From there, she demonstrated leadership and commitment to advancing quality programs and serving youth in our community, and was promoted to the following positions: Site Supervisor, Membership Coordinator, Site Director, Area Director, Director of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer. As a result of her operational expertise combined with her program development skills, over the last three years, the Club has served an additional 1,000 youth per day and an additional 3,000 youth annually through programs and outreach efforts.
