Boys & Girls Clubs of Anaheim is committed to closing the opportunity gap in science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.) with innovative and creative activities for all members we serve. After-school and summer learning environments provide unique opportunities to advance S.T.E.A.M. knowledge and increase interest in S.T.E.A.M.-related careers. In order to achieve this goal we have wonderful partners in STEMup4Youth, Alcoa, and Edison. STEMup4Youth
is a non-profit group of high school students from Troy High School. Founded by Sharleen Loh in 2013, these students provide unique and fun STEAM activities for our members.
Alcoa & Edison are supporters of S.T.E.A.M. programming for youth and generously provide funding for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Anaheim to run these activities.
