Triple Play is a program intended to keep youth active and engaged. Triple Play can build the capacity of young people to make informed decisions about their health. Our youth learn to eat healthy, keep fit and form positive relationships with others, all while staying active.
Healthy Habits is the "mind” component of the Triple Play program. Healthy Habits is designed to educate youth on the benefits of making smart decisions on food choices, staying active and adopting healthy habits by participating in fun and engaging activities at the club and home.
